Only include actually needed things in the docker image instead of the whole repository folder.

I don't see any reason why it would be a good idea to just copy the whole repository folder in to the docker image instead of only the for production required files.

It's definitely against docker convention.

From the docker file

# copy application files
COPY . /var/www/localhost/htdocs/

This should be changed to only copy the needed things.
