Use Windows 10 Zecwallet.
I can't send ZCash from one my address to another ( i have tried various combinations ), and i get error -4,-6. Transaction commit failed!
But i can get ZCash from a faucet.

How to solve this problem?

It looks like the wallet still uses broken 4.5.1 release, see https://github.com/zcash/zcash/releases/tag/v4.5.1-1
