【现象】：按照设计，在为自动化车间安装了高级配件后应该解锁条顿坦克Ⅱ型并替换原来的条顿坦克，但此效果并未生效，可以建造的依旧为最原始的条顿坦克

0.99.914a2测试通过，现在可以正常解锁并建造条顿坦克Ⅱ型了
