Its possible to create blank posts and thread names using a certain symbol (the delete code? its made by pressing ctrl+backspace and appears as a box with 007F in it -- "�")

Is this an actual issue? You can put any other meaningless combination of letters into threads/posts anyway.

Aside from the name being unclickable, not really. I don't think it breaks anything.
