An UTF-8 ini file still causes messy codes at the 'More Settings' editing window,
but the good thing is that there aren't more troubles,
and ANSI solved everything.

Known issue: A UTF-8 ini file containing Chinese characters can lead to the garbled titles of the Web buttons, so use ANSI instead.
