Description

Currently two or more root directories with identical names (e.g. 'Root') and different parent folders (e.g. 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D') are sorted in an unknown order (see screenshot). With a growing number of identically named root folders it gets difficult to locate the right one to open.

Proposed Changes

It would be very helpfull to have an option to choose the sort order (by name or time) of root directories, considering their parent folders or have the functionality to do it manual via drag & drop.
