Balance View: loading animation is displayed instead of fiat amount

Describe the bug

Sometimes the fiat amount is not displayed in the balance view, just a forever loading animation

Reproduce

Select a fiat currency in settings and define "Balance" as default view.
Close Zeus and kill the process, start Zeus. If you see the loading animation only for a short time, close Zeus and kill the process again, then restart. Now it should be loading forever.
