Support for RFC 2047 Missing?

I have noticed that bulk senders like SendGrid appear to be using encoded list-unsubscribe headers which are apparently not understood by the list-unsubscribe zimlet. These bulk senders also often obfuscate unsubscribe links other than the list-unsubscribe header. Slimy. The Unsubscribe button does not appear.

I'm not an expert and this is only what I think I know. (In other words, I don't really know any of this is true for a fact.)
