I see clboss keeps trying this and fails to create new channels, is that a potential configuration issue that needs to be fixed.

CLN Version: v24.02.2
CLBOSS version: v0.13.1

How long have you been running CLBOSS version: v0.13.1 for? It takes a while for the prober to find candidates, candidates to be proposed, etc ...

Are you seeing the symptoms reported in #189 ?

(specifically, "insufficient candidates")

What does clboss-status report for candidates (usually the top of the report)?

I think the issue was with 0.13.0 with new upgrade I have new channels being created rapidly.
