Currently there are likely some missing locations in the Mage Arena II quest. From the wiki, it looks like one near wilderness altar, and one near the Wilderness Volcano is missing.

The area that an NPC can spawn from it central spawn point is 14 squares in any direction. You can use this to work out the middle of its region by finding a corner of its spawn, then walking 14 squares diagonally to what will be the middle of the spawn region.
