  1. Use ndk-build for compiling native files everytime compile is
    issued.
  2. Removed .so files which were earlier kept precompiled
  3. Updated gradle and build tools version
  4. Removed quality gradle script as it was causing issue in compiling.

Had to remove quality gradle script as it was causing issue while compiling. Can you please see if it can be fixed else approve so we can merge without it.
