[BUG] Get ready time not defaulting to 10 seconds #147

Describe the bug

When creating a new workout, the get ready time defaults to 0 and not 10 unless the Additional Configuration expansion tile has been opened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new workout/interval timer.
Fill out details, do not open Additional Configuration.
View workout details, there will be no Get ready time.

Expected behavior
Get ready time defaults to 10 seconds.
