Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The somewhat cryptic naming of combiner playlists makes it difficult to have an intuitive understanding of what's contained within them. These playlists can, of course, be renamed to anything after they are generated, but allowing nesting of playlists a la the tag playlists would make organizing combiner playlists much easier.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make all the functions on build_combiner_playlists call stack that interact with PlaylistConfigContent.playlists works recursively.

This is included in the releases/2.7.0 branch and the latest beta release.
