锁屏后蓝牙扫描不回调 #6

锁屏后扫描onScanning就没数据回调了，只有点亮屏幕了才有数据回来，测试了很多台手机也是如此

小米6(android 9)
华为p30(android 10)
oppo r9(android 6.0)
华为mate 9(android 9)

请问怎么处理？
