Paths w/ query args were incorrectly checked during robots.txt rule checks.
For example:
en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Rust_(programming_language)&action=edit)would only be checked asen.wikipedia.org/w/index.phpmissing rules that checked for&action=edit
