Handle not full host definitions

Your script is a lifesaver! I got an issue though. My host definitions are not always "full". What I mean is that not all my hosts definitions have all Host, HostName, User and Port. Most of them have only Host, HostName and User records. Some have additional fields like IdentityFile. This brakes the script. If you have time to improve the script, please look into handing this edge case.

As you see this project is 5 years old, and I don't use that style anymore where the SSH config works as a source of truth. (I used Netbox for that and used the Netbox dynamic inventory script to handle it).

But feel free to fork the project and do the changes you need.
