Get and compile more documentation from previous years

There is currently a considerable amount of difficulty in finding reports and other materials from AACT teams of previous years. Getting access to past gdrive folders and files should go a long way in both iterating on past designs as well as demonstrating our progress and work to others.

Also, then nobody has to go hunt these same files down ever again because they're all linked to on the website.
