Generate CHANGELOG.md with each release

It should be automatically generated, as we are using conventional commits. Right now we can generate them after release using: https://github.com/conventional-changelog/conventional-changelog/tree/master/packages/conventional-changelog-cli , but how cool would it be to place it in some action that automatically generated it after a release and committed it?
