Configuration window does not have a scrolling bar.

On small screen, the configuration window does not have a scroll bar and a good part of the window is inacessible.

I have the same problem.

quite stupid .. @FredericGuilbault and @diazvictor use ALT halt on and arrows or mouse while ALT are pressing and move the configuration window! that's all ..

so this issue must be closed so!
