support mp3/ogg/wav 2 umx

unreal editor can convert mp3, ogg and wav files (maybe other formats also) to umx

here two examples of ogg tracks packed in umx, from oldUnreal 227 patch:

if renamed to .ogg they can be played in vlc (maybe also with other players i didn't tried)

could be really cool to be able to play them in bzr2 without need to rename to .ogg, but also without breaking anything with actual mp3, ogg, wav or umx formats.
