Allow measure of colony growth to be counts

Options would be normal, poisson, or overdispersed poisson using either lmer( count ~ week + (1|week), family = poisson)or glm.nb(count ~ week....

Add family = c("gaussian", "poisson", "negbin") to brkpt. If family = "gaussian"(the default) run lm(). If family = poisson, pass on to glm. If family = negbin, pass on to glm.nb
