Consistent report instructions across syllabus and guidelines

I was just wondering for the last lab report if you want you one report or if you want two? It's written on the syllabus that there is just one lab report for the labs 9-12 but on the lab report guidelines it says they are separate reports. I just want to make sure I write my report the way you want it.
