Cucumber Bites	cucumber appetizer ranch veggie potluck	appetizer

• 2 cucumbers
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• grape tomatoes

1. Peel and slice cucumbers slightly under an inch thick.
2. Scoop out the center of each cucumber.
3. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and ranch mix and place in a piping bag.
4. Place a dollop of the mix on each cumcumber.
5. Place half a tomato on each dollop.
