MultiPoolMiner V2 - Claymore/NiceHash/EWBF
Supports benchmarking and multi-chip support (AMD, NVIDIA and CPU).
EWBF has no API so, if you wish to have this miner in the list, enter your hash per second in 'EWBF.txt'.
EWBF hash rate monitoring coming in version 2.4.
As requested, various options have been added:
-Interval [Seconds]
-Location [Europe/US/Asia]
-SSL
-Type [AMD,NVIDIA,CPU]
Just right click and run the script then enter your MiningPoolHub username once prompted; that’s it.
The 'start.bat' file is an example that shows how to run the script without prompting for a username.
Advanced users can add more miners in the ‘miners’ folder either as JSON or PS1.
Please submit bugs and feature requests in the 'issues' section.
Logs and Stats are produced in text format; use them when submitting issues.

Notes
- It's not recommended but to upgrade from a previous version of MultiPoolMiner, you may simply copy the 'stats' folder.
