To start a new job with deconvolution, chromatic aberration, stabilization, or colocalization analysis click on Launch jobs |StartJob22x22| in the home panel.
Starting a new job is split into 5 main steps:
- (1/5) Selection of raw images.
- (2/5) Image parameters: enter parameters about the acquisition system and the image(s).
- (3/5) Restoration parameters: enter parameters for deconvolution, chromactic aberration, and stabilization.
- (4/5) Analysis parameters: enter parameters for colocalization analysis.
- (5/5) Launch: overview and selection of the output file format.
