Combine HackerRank, HackerEarth and CodeChef files into one zipping function

Actual Behaviour

There are different tc_gen files for different platforms that increases duplicate code.

Expected Behaviour

Can make a single zipper function that takes in the platform type as a parameter and generate zipfiles accordingly.
