Describe the bug
According to the design guide, a loading spinner should be shown whenever the system is working, but we don't know how long it will take.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to login screen
  2. Click on auto login
  3. See nothing

Expected behavior
Click on auto login, see loading spinner until you're successfully logged in, or get an error message
