This issue is related to the overall implementation of offline functionality

This issue is related to #778

Describe the solution you'd like
Find a way to handle authentication when offline and implement it

Describe alternatives you've considered
When online: Authenticate against server and store username and hashed password locally
When offline: authenticate against the local database
This may not be the best way to implement it, just food for thought.

The guardian should login while offline from the login screen
