This issue is related to the overall implementation of offline functionality.

Describe the solution you'd like
When a guardian has clicked an activity, it should be possible to set a timer for that activity. The timer functionality should be the same as in online mode. Meaning setting the time and choose a timer representation should still be possible for the guardian.

Additional context
Issue #415 must be done first
Issue aau-giraf/api_client/issues/72 should solve this
