As a developer i would like for the settings to not be saved in the database #591

Right now all of the settings are stored in the database. This seems really overkill, and seems unnecessary.

I would like for settings to be stored in something similar to a config file

The data is stored in the tables "setting" and "weekdaycolors"

realised that we needed tp have the settings saved in the DB to acces the settings from the same user on multiple devices
