When a Guardian deletes a pictogram, it should be removed from all week plans.

Describe the solution you'd like
When a pictogram is deleted, all the places where it was in use should be replaced with a warning.

(Consider warning the user that the pictogram they are deleting is being used. Also consider saying exactly where. This might be another issue though!)
