Filename conflict with case-insensitive filesystem (windows)

"reCycle_gan_model.py" and "recycle_gan_model.py" are the same file on a case-insensitive filesystem.

This doesn't cause an error, it makes both model="recycle_gan" and model="reCycle_gan" to load the same thing. (on windows it loads reCycle_gan_model)
It's also confusing to have 2 different models who's only difference in name is the capitalization of a letter.
