The way courses are linked in notes seems rather clunky and unreadable, which violates a core aim.

References are ordered in paragraphs without line breaks, while links
are grouped by relevance. The links to courses in the "Notes" section
has also been revised and now has more readable formatting without
taking too much space.

A better formatting style now exists, which I found my perusing the Markdown Cheatsheet. This issue will be marked as resolved.
