This sequence is a partial palmprint, taken from an ORF. There is a longer non-M starting ORF (shown as ORF17). The shorter ORF does have a hit, but the palmprint hit is not complete. Should allow for partial palmprint error-handling if a low-quality palmprint is extracted. It looks like the txt file is not generated.
