I have installed spotify using the lpf-client method and spotify-adblock is also installed, but I don't know how to use it.
Using this command line: LD_PRELOAD=/usr/local/lib/spotify-adblock.so spotify was no good for me and the desktop file method is for debian package only.

It's hard to come up with a solution for your problem without knowing what exactly the problem is. When creating an issue you should try to provide as much potentially useful information as possible (e.g. terminal output, error messages, description of what happened).

If your problem is actually related to Fedora, you might want to have a look at these past issues: #2, #101.

Nice, It works.
I only have one question left, I deleted a preload line in the spotify file and I don't know if it may have any negative effects.

i am not sure though you may have to mail the spotify repo maintainer....
