As aall
I need service to deploy app to cloud
So that can be access from any where

Details and Assumptions

  • used IBM cloud
  • deployed using kupernetes

Acceptance Criteria

Given  update counter to 2 on the cloud 
When  ask the service via network
Then  got my counter service  and return 2
