The code in this repo is licensed under a Apache Licence v2, according the the
package.json.This MR adds a
LICENSEfile and changes the license name in thepackage.jsonto the SPDX variant.The main benefit of this is that the license will show up correctly in other places, like the Github information for this repo or on NPM, and related services/calls.
