Hi, I have same problem Phtoshop legal.
Log from adobe developers workspace:

Validate command successfull in App with ID PS and Version 24.1.0
Load command failed in App with ID PS and Version 24.1.0
Plugin Load Failed.
Plugin load timed out. Check the host application to see if it is busy or in a modal state and try again.

you need to restart PS after enabling dev mode, I had to do it and now it's good

@andreadbx, the plugin only works with photoshop +v24
I recommend updating to a newer photoshop version

"Plugin auto.photoshop.stable.diffusion.plugin : UnSupported value for the permission 'localFileSystem'. Supported values are 'read', 'plugin' & 'fullAccess'."

what should i do?
