TME not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. after uploading the all files on web server and run index.php. after loading 
the page select all parameters and click the preview button. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
showing "the generating KML" progess bar. but after that no activity occured. i 
saw an error ZipArchive something.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i downloaded lastet version

I also try on localhost
1. I obtain First Screen OK

2. I add sql from a zip as a import to my new "tme" nammed database OK

3. Still I cant see where to go now?
