Provide pip method for installing numpy and matplotlib #144

After installing python, numpy & matplotlib from given links and copying cv2.pyd, I get error:
opencv ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import

...while running the following code:

>>> import cv2
>>> print cv2.__version__

But, installing through pip, everything works fine.
