Get latest weather conditions from wunderground (ex) or NWS

Probably pull out a few interesting fields seperately, but toss the whole shebang in as a JSONB.

Maybe only get hourly?

Actually NWS is changing their endpoints. https://forecast-v3.weather.gov/documentation?redirect=legacy
