QUAST now supports Python3! Icarus gets new buttons for expanding overlapped alignments (Contig Alignment Viewers) and additional colors for specific types of contigs. Several new options and metrics are added and a handful of bugs are fixed.

QUAST package is now supplied with convenient setup.py installer. Icarus gets two major updates in this version: predicted genes (by GeneMark or Glimmer) are added to both types of viewers; read coverage panels become zoomable. Many embedded tools are updated of substituted with better alternatives.

Icarus now has live search, physical read coverage plot and many other cool features! Also we added read coverage histograms for assemblies with SPAdes/Velvet-like contig naming style to QUAST output (you do not need to specify reads for getting them). Besides that, the tool now has 5 more options and 3 new metrics!

QUAST 4.1 includes several major updates for Icarus, especially for the contig size viewer. In addition, Nucmer aligner is substituted by more efficient E-MEM aligner (for Linux only), which makes QUAST even faster than before!
