A good javascript testing-framework to use in Able Player?

I'm working on a webvtt validator, need to run it against a lot of tests, and was wondering if anyone out there had a preference for one testing-framework over another. Until further notice I'll be using mocha (with chai) for my local work, but certainly I'd like to be using something that folks are broadly comfortable with, something that could be adopted into the project for future use.
