After you click the play button the clipped text node updates constantly.
Can be tested on https://ableplayer.github.io/ableplayer/demos/vimeo2.html

It looks like it does more node changes when playing.
The code that does this: https://github.com/ableplayer/ableplayer/blob/main/scripts/control.js#L911
