avy-all-windows should be hard-coded to nil for avy-goto-char-in-line

By definition of this funciton, you intend to jump to somewhere on the same line in the same window.

Then the global value of avy-all-windows should not impact this function.

This problem resulted in this when I tried to jump to a word on the same line in the right-side window.
