Excellent project.

I have a request:
The class org.boerzel.glpr.tflite.PlateDetector references a class PlateDetectionModel which is not included in the package.
Could you add this class?

Hi Markus,

the model is checked in in the repository, it can be found under German_License_Plate_Recognition/android/app/src/main/ml/PlateDetectionModel.tflite. Unfortunately, the currently checked-in code status does not work properly. I had started to upgrade the project from Tensorflow 1.13 to Tensorflow 2.4 and also to use the newer TFLite API, but unfortunately I haven't finished that yet. Unfortunately, at the moment I have no time to finish the work, as it is a purely fun project. The last working commit should be 9de9982.
