We should create a base application service class for single-layer templates (for example https://github.com/volosoft/volo/tree/dev/abp/templates/app-nolayers-pro/aspnet-core/MyCompanyName.MyProjectName.Mvc/Services here) so we can configure localization resource. Also, we should update the quick-start documentation according to this change.
