based on the follwoing:

  • Shield Regen: 7
  • Health Regen: 4
  • Energy Regen: 8
  • Shield Recharge Energy: -640 (-632 net)
  • Shield Recharge Regen: 1280
  • Heal Energy: -100 (-92 net)
  • Heal Regen: 200
