Libreport reads and modifies its own configuration files through the API provided by augeas. But in the fuzz tests, it is found that there are many problems with augeas, which made developers worry about the quality of the software. I want to know what the community thinks of it? Whether libreport can get rid of its dependence on augeas?

Can you suggest an alternative library?
