When running an ABS program within Eclipse, e.g. through the debugger, output is shown in the console. However, this console is read-only, and it is not possible to use it to provide input, see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10441986/eclipse-rcp-messageconsole-how-to-allow-user-to-input-and-handle-this-listener.
Looks like we may need our own console?
Workaround: run the generated Java from the command line?
